Shipping 

Free shipping on all orders, world-wide.

Due to ongoing uncertainty around potential restrictions on items in transit to Europe, there may be additional charges out of our control placed on orders to countries in the EU from 1st January 2021. We are working to clarify the position as soon as we can and advise you to please check with us before placing an order.

Some goods to destinations outside the UK and European Union may be subject to Customs duties and taxes, payable by the customer.

All of our pieces are made to order for you upon purchase. We would recommend you allow 4-6 weeks until you expect to receive your piece/s. 

Allow approximately 6-8 weeks for overseas (non UK) purchases.

We will keep you up to date with your purchase and contact you before it is shipped.

All parcels are wrapped carefully and beautifully in JVE gift wrap and then placed in a discreet outer wrapping or post bag.

All parcels will need to be 'signed for' on delivery so please ensure there will be someone present at the delivery address to receive the goods and provide a signature.

  

Returns and Refunds

All of our jewellery is hand made to order in London, therefore Jessie V E cannot offer refunds on purchases unless the order is cancelled within 24 hours. Please email info@jessieve.com within 24 hours of order if you wish to cancel or amend your order.

As all of our pieces are made to order we cannot offer refunds unless they are damaged or faulty, and these faults are not possible to rectify. In the unfortunate and unlikely occurrence that a piece breaks, or a stone becomes loose or falls out in the first 6 months, we will deal with this on a case by case basis. Our Goldsmiths will need to see the piece in order to determine if it is a fault in manufacture or if the piece has been handled incorrectly by the customer beyond the usual 'wear and tear' of every day wear.


No refunds/exchanges are available on earrings for hygienic reasons.

We try our best to get your orders correct each time, if we have sent you an incorrect or faulty item, please contact us on orders@jessieve.com with your name, contact details and product description and we will advise you on how to return the item to us.

Please check your items on delivery. If items do arrive damaged/faulty please let us know within 3 days and arrange to post them back to us. We will reimburse you these extra postage costs. If you do not inform us within 3 days, then we will have no liability for items said to be damaged/faulty on delivery. We recommend that the return shipment is sent back to us using a Special Delivery Service providing us with the tracking number and insured to its appropriate value as the goods are under your responsibility until we receive them. This postage cost will not be reimbursed unless item is damaged/faulty. Items must be returned in their original packaging.

If the customer cancels a bespoke order before the item is finished, the full price will remain payable in full.

Please bare in mind that items may be very slightly different to how they appear in the photographs. Due to the hand-made nature of our designs, each piece is unique, although we have tried our utmost to show and describe as accurately as possible. However, as computer screens vary, we cannot guarantee the full accuracy of any colour of gold or stone.

Jessie V E can cancel any order it feels fit to do so whereupon all paid monies will be refunded in full.

By placing an order you agree to these terms above. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Our “returns and refunds” section does not affect your legal rights, including your right to claim a refund, replacement, repair and/or compensation where the goods are faulty or misrepresented.
